We always register our clients domains properly, listing you as the legal owner. This is extremely important. Many times we’ve worked with other hosting companies and found they not only registered the domain name to themselves, but would hold it hostage and demand additional payment to allow the customer to move the domain. Because the hosting company was the legal registrant, they were able to seize the domain without any recourse on our part.
You are the legal owner of any domain we register on your behalf, and you are free to move it to another web hosting company at any time. We’ll even show you how to check the records and be sure.
