Price List

Standard Service Rates

  • Hourly service rate: $90 per hour (half-hour minimum)

Our hourly rates are for scheduled service during our standard business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Expedited service fees apply for appointments requested with less than two business days notice. Weekend, holiday and evening service is available by appointment only, must be scheduled in advance, and is $180 per hour with a one hour minimum charge.

Emergency service requests received outside of standard business hours will be answered as soon as possible on the next business day.

Travel

Travel fees are charged according to our Travel Rate Map.
• Zone A: $15
• Zone B: $25
• Zone C: $35
• Zone D: Call for quote.

Emergency Service

For emergency service, we offer two service levels:

  • Next day: We will reschedule our current appointments to be available for you on the next business day.
    • $100 expedite fee plus normal travel and hourly rates
  • Same Day: We will cancel our current appointments, and come ASAP. Typical response time is less than 4 business hours.
    • $250 expedite fee plus normal travel and hourly rates.

Expedite fees are in addition to standard rates and travel.

Maintenance plan customers receive a 50% discount on expedite fees and receive priority in case of scheduling conflicts. Please see our Maintenance Plan for more details.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless payment terms have been granted in advance.

Confidentiality

Fortress Computer Service, LLC holds customer data in the strictest confidence. Any confidential information disclosed by you will remain your sole property, and Fortress shall employ reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorized use of such information.

Warranty

All services come with a 30-day warranty. If the work is unsatisfactory and the fault lies with Fortress, we will correct the problem at no additional charge. The warranty shall be void if changes are made to settings or incompatible hardware or software has been installed by the customer or other non-Fortress personnel after the work in question was completed.

Hardware Warranty

All hardware is covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty. Fortress Computer Service, LLC will gladly assist with warranty returns and service at our normal labor rates.

Returns

Generally, hardware is returnable for 14 days. Some items and special order hardware may be non-returnable, please contact us for details. Hardware must be returned with all original accessories and packaging and be in like-new condition for resale. Opened software is non-returnable.
