Network Maintenance
Many of our clients have specifically asked for maintenance plans, and we have developed an affordable plan to help lower your computer costs. We feel strongly that regular maintenance and monitoring will prevent serious problems, improve the efficiency of your office, and lower overall costs.
Joining the maintenance plan is simple – just commit to at least one scheduled visit per month. That’s it! This regular check-up ensures all your computers are functioning properly. During our regular visits, we do a thorough check of the following items:
• Verify all Backup systems are functioning properly
• Check operating system updates and patches
• Update hardware drivers as required
• Verify Java updates
• Apply Microsoft Office updates
• Verify Anti-Virus, anti-spyware and anti-spam software is up to date and functioning properly
• Defragment hard drives as needed
• Tune-up and optimize your computer speed
• Review all event logs for early signs of software and impending hardware failure
During our visit, we will also do any other tasks you request such as:
• Install new software
• Install new printers
• Train your employees
• Analyze your business and advise on ways to streamline your operations
• You name it!
Having a regular service visit helps you plan projects and employee training. It lowers your overall costs, because we find small issues and fix them before they become large problems.
