To streamline support requests and serve you quickly, we use a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned to a ticket which is used to track all work performed, notes, phone calls and other information. Once a ticket is entered into the system, it is reviewed and scheduled for work.
There are several way to get a ticket into the system. Please feel free to use whatever method is easiest for you.
- Use our one-click Instant Help! application. Use the “Submit Support Request” menu to open a ticket instantly. This requires no login or password, and has the advantage of automatically letting us know what computer is having trouble. This is the best method. If you don’t already have our Instant Help! program, please ask for a copy – it’s free.
- Use our Customer Support Portal. You can log into your company account and enter new tickets, review other open tickets and see full history for your company. We offer a one-click shortcut to make this easy for you. Please let us know if you don’t have a portal account.
- Sent e-mail to support@fortc.com. We will open a ticket for you and get started right away.
- Call us at 940-686-5667. We will be happy to enter a ticket into the system for you.
