Service company advised us over the telephone that we would have to pay 500.00 euro for new fuser assembly unit plus 135.00 Euro +VAT for technician call-out and 80.00 Euro + VAT per hour for labour. Go figure how many hours they would need to do this reset procedure. Now, due to this excellent and down to earth explanation, we saved money and nerves. Greeting from Ireland and thanks for the brilliant post. It worked perfect on our Ricoh Aficio 2022.
